Protect Arizona's

Cops and Kids

Attorney General Kris Mayes has filed 35 lawsuits against the Trump administration — using Arizona’s legal resources to pursue a partisan agenda instead of protecting Arizona families.

The Record

Partisan Politics Over Arizona’s Interests

Kris Mayes’ primary duty is to represent and defend the state, its agencies, and its officers in court. Instead, she has consistently chosen to insert herself into politically charged lawsuits.

As Attorney General, Rodney Glassman will not drag Arizona into politically charged lawsuits.

Dereliction of Core Duty

As Attorney General, Mayes’ primary responsibility is to represent and defend Arizona, its agencies, and its officers in court. Instead, she has systematically redirected the resources of the AG’s office toward ideological battles that serve her personal political ambitions — not Arizona families.

A Pattern of Political Theater

Mayes has aligned herself with a coalition of Democratic attorneys general to challenge President Trump at nearly every opportunity. Her repeated decisions to prioritize ideological fights over the core responsibilities of her office raise serious concerns about her leadership, judgment, and commitment to putting Arizona first.

Arizona Deserves Better

Kris Mayes doesn’t reflect what Arizona stands for. RODNEY GLASSMAN DOES. Mayes is intent on steering Arizona down the same path as states run by unhinged liberals — using the power of the AG’s office not to protect Arizonans, but to advance a national partisan agenda.

The Tally

35

Lawsuits Against the Trump Administration

Thirty-five times, Kris Mayes chose partisan political combat over serving the people of Arizona. Thirty-five times, she deployed Arizona’s legal resources to fight battles that have nothing to do with the safety, prosperity, or wellbeing of Arizona families.

Kris Mayes doesn’t care about the office she was elected to — she only cares about fulfilling her personal agenda.

The Arizona Attorney General’s office exists to serve and protect Arizona citizens — not to serve as a launching pad for a political career or to fight battles on behalf of the national Democratic Party apparatus. Electing Rodney Glassman will ensure that Arizona is REMOVED from these frivolous, partisian lawsuits.

February 2026

Suing Over the Vaccine Schedule: Science or Politics?

In February 2026, Mayes led a multi-state lawsuit against the HHS and CDC over changes to the federal vaccine schedule — which was revised from 18 recommended vaccines to 11. The lawsuit alleges the revised schedule is not grounded in scientific evidence. Mayes declared: “This wasn’t based on any new science. It wasn’t based on expert consensus. It was based on an ideological agenda.” Yet this lawsuit itself represents exactly the kind of ideological agenda-setting she claims to oppose — using the AG’s office to fight a national political battle that has no bearing on Arizona’s immediate legal priorities. This is yet another example of Mayes using the Attorney General’s office to advance a political narrative rather than focusing on Arizona’s pressing needs: public safety, border security, and the welfare of Arizona families.

The Lawsuit — Key Facts
